Kristina Agustin and Cliff Schroeder formed a partnership and created Classic Country Properties in early 2004. Our business has flourished since that time with both of us receiving Top Achiever Awards from El Dorado County Board of Realtors and Executive Producer Awards from Re/Max Gold Real Estate. These awards and continuing education in the field of Real Estate and associated areas of Real Estate continue to place us at the top of a very competitive market. Kristina is a graduate from California State University Sacramento with a major in Business Marketing. Her degree established her in the marketing field in the Sacramento area until her desire to be an independent entrepreneur led her to the Real Estate Industry. Her education, competitive nature, personable manner and work history is a key component to her highly successful years in Real Estate. Cliff Schroeder, not only Kristina's partner but father as well also graduated from California State University Sacramento with a major in Public Administration. Cliff's background is in public service including Police, Fire & Public Education. Additionally Cliff has ten years of home construction background. The combination of Cliff's experience and Kristina's sales and marketing skills have created an effective team that serves our client base with integrity, perseverance and dedication. |
